[NEW] Dome Information: Volonta
VOLONTÀ
Volontà is a northeastern dome west of Arcobaleno at the very edge of the cautionary zone. The inhabitants are split into four major divisions, each run by a member of the oligarchy; division heads also collectively oversee the function of the dome and push to combat and destroy the Glitch.
The four divisions are Offense in the southwest, Defense in the northwest, Research and Development in the northeast, and Support in the southeast.

[ Long ago, before the age of the Glitch... a gruesome beast roamed what we now know as Casso Terra. A being with bright, flame-like hair yet left nothing but darkness in its path. The mere sight of it struck fear into those who saw it, and an outbreak of nightmares grew within any city it came across. Many people locked their doors when news came of its arrival, others left treats outside in hopes of appeasing the creature.

[NEW] Dome Information: Arcobaleno
ARCOBALENO
Arcobaleno is a northeastern dome situated on the Penisola Paludosa. The inhabitants live in a state of anarchy, in which three major voluntary associations engage in a 350-year-old faction war.
The factions are split with Lumiere in the north, Diavolo in the south, and Arc Faction (formerly Arcobaleno, after the city) standing between them at the center.
These groups are colloquially referred to as Good, Evil, and Neutral, respectively.
